Delete Account & Data

Audio Vault — developed by AimPulse

Audio Vault uses Google Sign-In for authentication and stores your audio files exclusively in your own Google Drive account. We do not maintain any user accounts, and we do not operate any servers. The only data that leaves your device other than your own backups is anonymous usage statistics, sent to Google Analytics for Firebase as described in the privacy policy.

How to Delete Your Data

Step 1: Sign Out from Audio Vault

  1. Open the Audio Vault app on your device
  2. Tap the Sign Out button
  3. This disconnects your Google account from the app and clears all locally stored preferences

Step 2: Revoke App Access from Your Google Account

  1. Go to Google Account Permissions
  2. Find "Audio Vault" in the list of third-party apps
  3. Click on it and select "Remove Access"
  4. This revokes the app's permission to access your Google Drive

Step 3: Delete Files from Google Drive (Optional)

  1. Open Google Drive
  2. Navigate to the "Call Records" folder
  3. Select and delete any files you wish to remove
  4. Empty the Trash to permanently delete them

Step 4: Uninstall the App

  1. Long-press the Audio Vault icon on your device
  2. Select "Uninstall"
  3. This removes all locally cached data and preferences

What Data Is Deleted

ℹ️ Note: Your recordings never reach any server of ours: they stay on your device and in your personal Google Drive account, giving you full control at all times. The only other data is the anonymous usage statistics described above.
